Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. Exceptions apply - please see below.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start please send your request at info@shopanisa.ca. Once you request is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*We do not cover the cost of return shipping and/or duty taxes; customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to not exchange the item and return it to the customer at their own expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear items, (such as body-shaper, spanx), Caftan/kaftan dresses, and personal care goods (such as beauty products, skin care, makeup, perfume).

All Sale items are Final Sale, we do not accept any exchange/returns on sale items or gift cards.
